Sirloin Steak
As the 19th century poet Arthur Rimbaud once proclaimed: ‘the fackin best bit of steak that one’. Taken from the loin of the animal, it's soft, has a nice distribution of fat but not overwhelmingly so; good marbling and a healthy fat cap are usually common features.
250g is recommended to feed one person.
